All mortgage loans referenced on this website are originated by Edge Home Finance, LLC, the licensed mortgage entity. LoanMart Mortgages is a marketing identity of a licensed loan originator of Edge Home Finance, LLC, and is not itself a lender, a mortgage broker, or a separately licensed entity.
Below you'll find the licensed entity's identifiers, the states in which it is licensed with the corresponding license numbers and state regulator contact information, state-specific disclosures where a state requires them, and how to verify any of it independently through NMLS Consumer Access.
